Return Policy

Items purchased and shipped from iSCAN-e.com, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some cases have different policies or requirements associated with them due to the shipping location or purchase agreement.

 

 

 

Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of iSCAN-e hardware broken or malfunction, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of iSCAN-e hardware broken or malfunction, we'll refund return shipping costs as the amount you paid for shipping when purchasing.

 

Refunds are issued back to the credit card you used for the original purchase. You will need to return your items within 30 days after receiving them. Once we receive the returned item, it will take an additional 3-5 business days processing time by our team and the bank before you receive the refund.

 

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

 

Tax on restocking fees may apply to return items that were shipped and sold by Amazon.com for customers in CT, MD, NV, PA, VA, WV, and WI. Some products have additional conditions that may apply.

 

 

 

About Warranty Repairs

  • You'll pay the carrier at the time you ship the product to the Autoland Scientech repair center.

  • Return shipping is free if your item is covered under the warranty.

  • If warranty has expired on your item has, shipping cost will be calculated and quoted to you with the repairing cost.

  • When Autoland Scientech repair service receives your item, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. The item will be inspected and the issue diagnosed.

  • If the defect is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the item will be repaired free of charge and returned to you. Usually repairs take up to 10 business days (including delivery time), but may take slightly longer.

  • If the problem isn't covered by the manufacturer's warranty, or if the warranty has been voided (e.g., the item has been accidentally damaged), or the warranty is expired, you'll be contacted by the repairer with a repair estimate. You can decide whether to ask the repairer to proceed with the repair at an additional cost, or have the item returned to you free of charge on inspection. Payment for such repairs, including any applicable delivery charges, will have to be made directly to the Autoland Scientech via credit card.

  • You can check the status of your repair by replying repair confirmation e-mail you receive.
